Thank You!

Thank you to all of the special Moms, Dads, and Grandparents who took time out of their day to help facilitate our first ever First Steps Winter Olympics.  The teachers and kids had so much fun exploring our shaving cream snow room, ice skating on paper plates, playing hockey, tossing snow balls, and  creating a special craft to take home.  I loved watching the little toddler classes take risks and try something new. Our three's, four's, and five's had fun writing their names in snow, comparing likes and differences, measuring, and playing with their friends. One of the highlights of the day was when Ms. Jerri turned into a two year old again herself and really made it snow in the room.  The smiles and laughter were contagious.
